Credentialing Database Specialist III

Position Overview:

This position is available to work from home in California.

Provides credentialing database management services through the creation, maintenance, documentation, reporting, integration and validation of systems and data utilized for report generation. Provides a wide range of computer support for data display, graphics, writing and text presentation materials. Incorporates knowledge of credentialing processes and functions into database management, reporting, troubleshooting and process improvement. Develops and leads training program for credentialing database software. Acts as a liaison between Sutter Health and database vendor, including identifying and resolving issues, software upgrades, etc.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Bachelor's: Business Administration or related field


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

3 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Ability to organize multiple projects, bridge clinical management concepts with technical/systems capabilities and produce professional, interpretable, accurate reports.

Self-directed and work independently.

Ability to work with highly confidential information in a professional manner is required.

Knowledge of data-base creation, maintenance and report writing.

Knowledge of database applications, word processing, desktop publishing and demonstrated skills in database management.

Ability to interface clinical interpretation with technical capabilities.

Pay Range is $39.07 to $58.61 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location.
