Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), Beavercreek Ohio, is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Successful candidates will provide analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of Validated On-Line Lifecycle Threats (VOLTs) and provide additional written and verbal intelligence information, as needed, for USAF acquisition programs. Candidates should be specialists of high competence in DoD air, strategic, and computer programs / concepts; finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat; and the forecast of threat to DoD acquisition program / concepts. Familiarity with advanced search techniques based upon natural language processing techniques is also required.

Basic Qualifications for an Intelligence Analyst :

• One of the following :

A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Basic Qualifications for a Principal Intelligence Analyst :

A high school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications :

Salary Range : $73,900.00 - $110,900.00Salary Range 2 : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
