Neuropsych Regional Specialty Manager

A company is looking for a Neuropsych Regional Specialty Manager for the West Virginia / Ohio region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a regional sales team to exceed sales goals

Drive the implementation of sales strategies and identify regional opportunities

Manage regional budgets, ensure compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech / pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management; or a Master's degree with 6+ years; or a PhD with 4+ years

Proven sales performance and successful launch experience in competitive environments

Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment

Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage multiple projects effectively

Strong computer and technical skills
