Study Start-Up Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Study Start Up to lead and oversee the start-up activities for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end study start-up process, including site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions, and site activation

Lead and mentor a team of study start-up professionals to ensure high performance and successful project delivery

Collaborate with sponsors and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and timelines for clinical trial initiation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification is a plus

Extensive experience in clinical trial study start-up and strong understanding of global regulatory requirements

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple studies simultaneously

Experience with process optimization and implementing best practices in study start-up activities
