Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, Robot.com is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join our Corporate Development team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical, financial, and business intelligence (BI) skills, along with an interest in corporate strategy. The Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, and other key business development initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth, assess the strategic impact of potential transactions, and leverage BI tools to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• M&A Support and Execution :

Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation, forecasting, and scenario modeling, to evaluate business opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track financial and operational performance.

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to support the execution of corporate transactions and strategic initiatives.

Assist in managing multiple ongoing transactions, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience :

1-3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar field.

Skills :

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation preparation).

Attributes :

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate finance, strategy, and business intelligence.

Eagerness to contribute to high-level corporate strategy and development initiatives.
