Tire Store Manager OR Body Shop Manager needed (East Mesa)

World Wide RV is seeking a results-driven Manager to lead our busy Recreational Vehicle Service Department. Job Duties :

The duties of a Service Manager include, but are not limited to :

• Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and gathering vehicle information
• Listening to customer requests and clearly documenting service needs on repair orders
• Estimating costs and repair times while accommodating customer schedules
• Resolving customer concerns promptly and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Monitoring vehicle progress during service, communicating updates, and obtaining approval for additional work
• Securing warranty approvals and processing reimbursements
