Program, modify, and optimize CNC operations using Esprit CAM (4-axis, 5-axis, mill / turn).Set up CNC machines and validate accuracy with operators.Interpret complex blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.Design fixtures, select tooling, and support first-article inspections.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to reduce cycle times and improve manufacturability.Support RFQs with programming, tooling, and cycle-time estimates.Mentor and provide technical guidance to machinists and programmers.Maintain revision control and documentation for CNC programs.Troubleshoot inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.Esprit CAM,CNC programming,G-code,M-code,CAD / CAM software,SolidWorks,Siemens controls,Okuma controls,Fanuc controls
- Proficiency in Esprit CAM (required).
- Strong knowledge of G-code / M-code, CAD / CAM software, and SolidWorks.
- Experience with Siemens, Okuma & Fanuc controls.
- Ability to analyze blueprints / models to determine tooling, speeds, and feeds.
- Solid math background (geometry, trigonometry).
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Machinist training program, Associate’s degree in machining / manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
- CNC / Esprit certifications are a plus.
