Our client is an AI-driven technology company that carries "beauty" as its core ideal, helping its users become more beautiful with image products and beauty management services and assisting with the digital transformation of the beauty industry by providing SaaS services.
As its products become increasingly popular with global customers, our client plans to recruit experienced data product managers. They will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data products that deliver valuable insights and meet clients analytics needs. They also ensure data governance, optimize product performance, and communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their analytics requirements, focusing on critical metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights that support key decision-making processes.
- Design and develop sophisticated interactive data visualizations by integrating and interpreting data from multiple sources
- Architect and implement robust data acquisition and integration strategies, selecting optimal methods and tools to ensure scalable and high-performance solutions
- Support data pipeline management and data warehouse optimization
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or data product managementBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statisticsDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization techniquesStrong programming skills, particularly in PythonAdvanced SQL and Excel capabilitiesNative or near-native English communication skillsBeing proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
