We are seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site’s Environmental, Health and Safety   (Stewardship) culture through people engagement, ownership of programs, and influence. Provides technical expertise, proactive actions, systematic services, and consultation on program / policy execution. Acts as a coach and mentor to all site personnel in effective EH&S processes and principles. Also, an active member of the site leadership team (SLT).

Responsibilities :

• Leads Environmental, Health and Safety (Stewardship) programs and initiatives – active partner / collaborator with other SLT members, employees, and contractors.
• Champions issue resolutions and stewardship improvement efforts.
• Maintains site compliance to local and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Interfaces with regulatory agencies to ensure permits, licenses, reporting, and responses are accurate and completed appropriately.
• Assesses and develops EHS programs and strategies to ensure continued compliance, continual improvement, reasonableness, and practical execution.
• Manages site sustainability (ESG) and waste reduction action plans and reports.
• Engages all levels of the organization around Stewardship - Leads from the front as a highly influential person.
• Collaborates with local agencies and site partner for emergency response preparation and drills.
