As a Sr Program Manager, you will support the business objectives at SNC. You will be responsible for total Program Integration Management of multiple large-scale projects or one highly complex development with high visibility and above average deliverable requirements. This role typically is a portfolio leader of other Program and / or Project Managers, with specifically focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will supervise the work of program and project staff. You will participate in business resource planning / tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and responsible to formulate a team that can fulfill program requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved; and for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed. You'll be responsible for conducting routine meetings, interfacing on project / program status, developing proposals, researching / fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project / program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You'll support the Program Director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.

Responsibilities

• Sub-IPT Lead for a number of Systems Engineering disciplines including Requirements, Architecture, and Verification Planning.
• CAM and leader of CAMs for a number of SE teams reporting to the SEIT Director.

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
