About This Role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the development optimization, and scaling of chemical processes for nuclear fuel cycle operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to safe and efficient engineering solutions in advanced energy production. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a foundational understanding of chemical engineering principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities :

• Support the development of new processes and the design of unit operations for nuclear fuel production facilities.
• Assist with laboratory, bench, and / or pilot-scale testing and contribute to process modeling and data analysis.
• Execute engineering assignments under guidance, leveraging knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, and reaction kinetics.
• Prepare and present reports, summaries, and other documentation to communicate project progress and findings.
• Contribute to the preparation of engineering documents, such as design requirements, engineering specifications, and procedural documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and external consultants, to support design and operational objectives.
• Participate in technical reviews as a presenter or reviewer, offering insights and solutions for project challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$175,000 annually.

Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
