Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Zone IT Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that business objectives are met through effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with process mapping and workflow analysis
