Sr. Software QA Tester Scope Manufacturing

Primary Function of Position :

This Senior SQA Tester will play a key role in the vision automation test and calibration software engineering team to enable the manufacturing of new vision systems for surgical robots. The technician will be responsible for installing new fixture software performing fixture bring-up testing functionality identifying and replicating issues and executing qualification protocols. This role bridges the gap between software development and hands-on validation and supports software quality and fixture readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Install and configure software on new or updated test fixtures
• Perform fixture bring-up and verify software and hardware functionality
• Troubleshoot integration issues and replicate problems as needed
• Execute structured test plans and validation protocols
• Document test results and issues following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Provide feedback to engineers and suggest improvements to fixtures and processes
• Prepare fixtures for qualification and deployment
• Support internal release processes including documentation and status updates
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure fixture readiness

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
