Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the partner portal and ensure organization of partner resources
Serve as the primary administrator for the proposal automation and quoting tool, maintaining content libraries and workflows
Align tool functionality with the needs of the Global Partnerships team and track platform usage and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in sales operations, partner enablement, or business systems management
Hands-on experience with sales or partner tools, including portal and proposal automation platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and understanding of workflow automation or integrations
Proven ability to manage version control and ensure content accuracy
