Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document services provided in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients families and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Support a patient-focused culture that promotes dignity safety and independence
