What You'll Do :

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care that ensures the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing facility operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and maintaining compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Oversee daily operations, including assigning staffing and allocating resources.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
