Must have 5-10 plus years experience Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants Kitchen operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful Kitchen. Must be very competent, organized, great communicator and great at multi tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities : READ
Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the KitchenHire, TRAIN, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviewsLead team in providing exceptional customer serviceCreate and maintain a food budgetAdhere to all health and safety rules and regulationsProvide sales and productivity reports to upper managementHelp with inventory management, food cost, food waste and labor managementWork with management to implement and maintain menu and POS system which included menu updatesControl labor and food cost objectives to maintain profitabilityOrdering weekly food ordersFollow managements policies, including HR and direction from managementWork in the kitchen and run a shift which included cookingMotivated to run a kitchen with a expanding corporationQualifications :
High school diploma / GED and CollegePrevious restaurant management 5-10 years experience verifiableYou have to be able to cook this is not a supervisory role and expediteFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and Toast POS softwareAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressure while leading by exampleExcellent management and leadership skillsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsStrong Team ManagementWant to be a part of a growing restaurant group
