Job Summary :

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking, managing, and maintaining our inventory of goods and supplies. This position requires being knowledgeable in all departments within the warehouse.

Requirements :

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate records of inventory by using inventory management software?
• Physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies?
• Process inventory adjustments and update inventory records?
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory are maintained.
• Analyze inventory data to identify potential issues.
• Always follow safety procedures and guidelines.?
• Follow DILE SOLUTIONS standard operating processes and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operations.??
• Keep communication with team members to ensure the safety and accuracy of packaging operations.?
• Move boxes to location with a pallet jack and consolidate boxes between pallets.
• Report workplace issues to team leader to ensure the accomplishment of tasks.?
• Complete other work-related tasks assigned by supervisors.?

Skills / Abilities :

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,

Proficient with WMS

Basic Math Skills

Microsoft Suite

Ability to lift 50lbs

Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5 years’ experience can be substituted for degree

Experience working in transportation / warehouse (preferred)

Schedule :

Day shift.

Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.

Weekends as needed.
