Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming mail, deliveries, and phone inquiries
Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and functional, acting as the primary contact for building management and vendors
Assist leadership with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and / or Google Workspace
Strong multitasking abilities
