Senior Director Training And Development

Join a global healthcare leader as a Senior Director overseeing training and development for Patient Support Services (PSS). This role leads strategy and execution of comprehensive training programs, spanning onboarding, skill-building, virtual and live training, for teams supporting patients across multiple therapeutic areas.

Highlights Of The Role

  • Drive training strategy for field-based and internal PSS professionals, supporting specialty pharmaceuticals and biologics
  • Lead development of training programs including eLearning, virtual, live sessions, gamified learning, and on-demand modules
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and internal stakeholders to integrate training into business operations
  • Manage training budgets, schedules, agency relationships, and ensure consistency across therapeutic areas
  • Support training alignment under the One PSS framework to enhance coordination and scalability
