A company is looking for a UI-UX Specialist to design user-centered interfaces for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design UI concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and visual layouts

Conduct user research, workflow assessments, and usability analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective user experiences

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of UI / UX design or human-centered design experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts

Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

Ability to analyze workflows and recommend usability improvements
