[job_card.job_description]Deliver grounded answers from large, overlapping corpora; extract key terms / SLAs / pricing into structured schemas. Build action tools to execute in ERP / AP / procurement systems with audit trails, RBAC, and safe rollback. Ship evals + observability (task success, precision@1, latency, cost) and enforce guardrails for privacy and policy. You build it, you run it —own reliability, incident response, and continuous iteration. Problem‑Solving : autonomously solve complex technical challenges and proactively address issues, always seeking to challenge the conventional ways and innovate. Ownership : Take full ownership of projects and initiatives, especially those you’ve never worked on before. Embrace a growth mindset to continuously learn and adapt. Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) is mandatory.
- Strong grasp of agentic AI fundamentals : context management, retrieval grounding, tool / function calling, and multi‑agent orchestration.
- Hands‑on experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and building / operating data pipelines.
- Proven ability to deliver in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments.
