Required Qualifications :
5+ years of business analysis experience within an HR organization
Proven experience with ServiceNow and business process documentation
Demonstrable experience in AI implementations and optimizations in a business context
Experience in applying business process redesign principles within HR functions
Familiarity with LucidChart for documenting complex process flows is highly desirable
