Job Title : Electrical Engineer – System Studies

Primary Function :
The Electrical Engineer – System Studies will perform engineering duties including organization of all activities required for the development and implementation of System Studies for idustrial, renewable (Solar, Wind, BESS) and utitlity customers.

Employee may be called upon to perform any or all of the following functions :
Minimum Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, with a power background preferred. Preferred licensed professional engineer. If registered in a state other than where the engineer will practice, the employee must be able to obtain a license within one year of date of hire. A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in either electrical system studies or system protection engineering and design is required Strong Knowledge and understanding of substation components and their functions.

Compensation
$80,000 - $215,000 yearly
The compensation range for this position is compliant with all local and state regulations and is based on several factors such as work experience, education, qualifications, and internal and external market factors. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
