Concrete General Superintendent ( Dallas, TX area)

BIG NEED NOW HIRING!! Dallas, TX area general contractor is looking for their next Concrete General Superintendent within large-scale concrete construction and renovations in the area due to growth and expansion. Amazing company to work with that has excellent growth opportunities to leadership in the local Dallas - Ft. Worth, TX area. Projects focus on Structural, Tilt, Flat, Renovation, Warehouses, Office, churches and roads and giving back to the community!

Qualifications for Lead Superintendent :

New Construction / large scale renovation projects
7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Lead / Senior Superintendent
Ability to track subcontractors' progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project with demonstratable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, colleagues and clients
Large project experience a plus, $20m+
Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of Carpentry or previous experience preferred
Steel, Concrete, Tilt Wall, municipal and commercial experience is all preferred!
