Onboarding Project Manager

Location : Hybrid in Midtown 4 days

Industry : SaaS / CRM / AMS

Lead the Way from Sales to Seamless Go-Live

Are you the kind of project manager who thrives at the center of the actionbalancing client relationships, technical requirements, and internal coordination with precision? Do you get a buzz from turning complex onboarding projects into success stories for clients? If so, this role was built with you in mind.

Were looking for an Onboarding Project Manager who can lead the full client onboarding lifecyclefrom sales handoff through go-live and post-launch support. Youll ensure new customers have a smooth and confident start with our CRM / AMS SaaS platform, acting as the key driver of timelines, expectations, and deliverables across all stakeholders.

What Youll Own

  • End-to-End Project Delivery
  • Run onboarding projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring quality execution, client satisfaction, and timely delivery.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Data Services, and Developmentkeeping everyone aligned and on track.
  • Client-Facing Leadership
  • Lead onboarding calls, manage project plans, and provide consistent updates on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Data Migration Oversight
  • Coordinate the entire data import process : cleansing, mapping, and validation with internal teams and clients.
  • Technical Translation
  • Take client requirements and turn them into clear, actionable tasks for data and dev teams.
  • Risk Spotting & Resolution
  • Identify scope risks early (data issues, integration challenges, etc.) and lead proactive solutions.
  • Process Improvement
  • Bring feedback loops to liferefining templates, tools, and workflows to scale onboarding efficiency.

    • What Youll Bring

    Required :

  • 35 years of experience managing client onboarding in CRM / AMS platforms, or within insurance distribution operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Proven project management chopsjuggling multiple clients while staying detail-focused and organized
  • Familiarity with SaaS systems, CRM / AMS architecture, and data migration best practices
  • Bachelors degree (Information Systems or related field preferred)

    • Preferred :

  • Hands-on SQL / database skills or advanced spreadsheet data manipulation
  • Prior experience with insurance and annuities processing
  • Availability to work onsite or hybrid from Atlanta, GA
