DV Therapy is seeking a certified and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team. As an RBT, youll provide direct ABA services to children with special needs, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and Program Manager. If you're credentialed, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children thrivewed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record data using electronic systems to monitor progress
• Maintain accurate session notes and uphold confidentiality standards
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Program Managers, and other clinical staff
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and session activities
• Participate in ongoing supervision and continuing education to maintain RBT certification

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
• CPR certification and TB test
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
