A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to lead operational maturity and scale the global Customer Solutions department.
Key Responsibilities
Own and oversee Customer Solutions systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and system configuration
Design and maintain dashboards and analytics for actionable insights into project delivery and operational efficiency
Develop and optimize global processes for Professional Services delivery and customer success engagement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Solutions, Professional Services, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Certinia, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and driving actionable insights
Proven experience in process design, automation, and systems integration
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
