A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
Work in a high-volume production environment during assigned shifts
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time hours from Sunday to Wednesday, 10pm-9am EST
Experience in a call center or similar customer support role
Comfortable with processing and managing medical record information
Must be able to complete health screenings and vaccination requirements as needed
