Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, and email as the first line of support
Become a product expert, understanding the signup process and wage advance products
Expand knowledge of earned wage advance support and collaborate with team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer support role; Tier 2 or tech experience is a bonus
1+ years of experience using Zendesk
Aptitude for numbers and math related to financial inquiries
Desire to understand the financial challenges faced by hourly workers
