Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Why Choose Our Internal Float Pool? Looking for a rewarding night shift role that offers variety and growth? In our Internal Float Pool, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate between multiple units—including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU—enhancing your clinical skills with each shift.

Your Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across various units.

Adapt quickly to different workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

What We Need From You :

Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing.

Flexibility : Able to meet schedule requirements of 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.

Training & Skills Development :

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (Stroke Scale)

IV Ultrasound training

Charge Nurse cross-training

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
