Key Responsibilities

Manage Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contracts for a portfolio of multi-family dwelling units

Oversee portfolio management, customer relations, and operations management

Collaborate with HUD stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of contract administration tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

6 years of Business Management experience, including portfolio management and customer relations

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
