Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Med-Surg, Maternal and Child Care, Critical Care, and Pediatrics in acute care hospital settings. The ideal candidate will also have current adult home health experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role involves supporting patients through assessment, treatment, education, and ongoing care while collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Requirements :

Current minimum 1 year of Home health experience and previous acute care experience is required in Med / Surg, Critical care, Pediatric, maternal care Unit.
