Key Responsibilities
Owns the overall success, renewal, and growth for all customers in the Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI Major Area
Drives alignment of customer success and expert services to enhance business value for customers
Builds and nurtures C-level relationships to solidify partnerships and create a consistent customer experience
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in a leadership position within Strategic Tech, TMT, & SI
Proven track record in building and growing high-performance organizations
Experience in enterprise software and customer engagement functions
Strong operational skills and ability to navigate a collaborative environment
Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and satisfaction
