About the Role :

Join Bettar, Inc. as a Master Plumber and take your career to the next level! We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our plumbing projects in Kensington, MD, providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Supervise and train junior plumbing staff to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for plumbing jobs.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Master Plumbing license and relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
