Salary : Up to $130k + 20% bonus
Location / Schedule : onsite daily in Oklahoma City
Requirements : 5+ years of experience in Plant / Operations Management within the food and beverage industry
We are a national leader in the innovative Food as Medicine sector, delivering comprehensive, specialized nutrition solutions that significantly improve health outcomes nationwide. Recognized for excellence in food safety and fighting nutrition insecurity, we partner with health plans and government agencies to reliably deliver high-quality, prepared nourishment directly to homes. We seek a proven Plant Manager to take full ownership of operational excellence within one of our high-volume production facilities, driving quality, efficiency, and safety.
What you will be doing
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing to ensure superior performance across quality, service, and cost.
Operational Management : Oversee the entire plant operation to achieve an optimal balance of quality, service, and efficiency , ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Compliance & Strategy : Develop and implement plans for food safety, capacity, and financial goals , ensuring full regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, USDA).
Team Leadership : Foster a culture of employee engagement , overseeing the training, development, and safety of all team members.
Performance & Finance : Establish, monitor, and lead efforts to meet key performance metrics (KPIs), effectively managing the plant's budget and P&L.
What you need to succeed in this role
We require a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Experience & Education : Bachelor's degree or higher. 10+ years in Food Manufacturing , with 5+ years proven success as a Plant Manager .
Technical Acumen : Strong financial knowledge, including effective P&L management . Solid background in Continuous Improvement, LEAN, and / or Six Sigma methodologies .
Leadership Style : A collaborative leader committed to mentoring and developing talent, with an open-door policy.
Adaptability : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
