What You'll Do :

Own accounting and payroll operations from start to finish

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

Process payroll, benefits, and compliance filings with accuracy

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close

Partner with leadership to improve processes and ensure financial integrity

What We're Looking For :

3+ years of accounting and payroll experience

Strong technical skills with Excel and accounting / payroll systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

Someone eager to grow into a Controller role
