Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting . Experience working in an ABA therapy setting . Familiarity with data collection software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required. Competitive hourly pay (based on experience). About One Behavioral :
One Behavioral is expanding its outpatient behavioral health services by launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at our Friendswood, TX location. We are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Job Summary :
As an RBT at One Behavioral , you will work directly with clients in an outpatient clinic setting , implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to help improve their communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders.
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate data on client progress and report findings to the BCBA.
- Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs .
- Work closely with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision .
