Department / Unit Summary

Our 22-bed Med Surge unit is split onto two floors with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 5 / 6 is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sitters providing care for a variety of patients including those on dialysis, diabetes, heart disease, geriatric patients, and recovering surgical patients.

Qualifications and requirements
