• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm shift with 32 guaranteed hours
• 90% productivity standard required for guaranteed hours
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Graduate of APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills needed
