One year of related experience and/or training is vital, but an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. While Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications are preferred, they are not mandatory. A valid driver's license is essential to navigate customer vehicles safely.
Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools will set you apart, as you'll need to quickly assess and resolve issues effectively.
