LPN / RN

Care Team is searching for Experienced LPN's & RN's for Geriatric Skilled Nursing, Home Care Visits (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

Other areas available, St Pete, Tampa & Largo for skilled nursing visits

Must apply in person to our Tampa office Mon-Fri 9a-4p

Must be fluent in English, speaking & documentation. 12-week contract Monday-Friday

We cover 11 counties
​Responsibilities:

• Wound care, Wound Vac's, Pressure ulcers & products PT/ INR
• Infusions, access ports, starting IV's,
• Foley catheter's
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments
• Vitals
• Head to toe assessment each visit

​Qualifications:

• Fla licensed RN or LPN
• Home care experience
• Oasis experience
• IV certified
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medication teaching and training
• Wound Care
• Reliable transportation
• Timely submission of paperwork/payroll
