A company is looking for a Client Success Agent to provide support and guidance to clients enrolled in a debt settlement program.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns
Resolve client inquiries and document discussions clearly while guiding clients through their financial goals
Present settlement proposals and escalate issues to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years' experience in customer service or relationship-based support roles required
Experience in financial or banking organizations preferred
Ability to support and de-escalate vulnerable clients under stress
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
