Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts as needed Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone Support inventory audits and help maintain a clean, professional workspace Prior experience in automotive parts or retail counter sales preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with parts catalog systems and dealership software (CDK experience a plus) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction Please upload your resume.Completing the online assessment will grant you priority consideration!
