Baylor positions receive a 25% premium on their base pay rate
Scheduling : 7p - 7a Competitive Pay : Based on experience, plus :

2nd shift differential : $3.00 / hour

3rd shift differential : $2.00 / hour

Weekend differential : $4.00 / hour for all shifts

Pay in lieu of benefits : $2.00 / hour

Your Role

As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Place, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities include :

Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately

Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms

Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions

Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments

Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited RN program or college

Current RN license in the state of North Carolina

CPR certification or willingness to obtain it

Preferred : 2 years of RN experience

Work Environment

Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)

Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching

Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
