Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst for a 3-month remote contract supporting North American payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the bi-weekly payroll processing for 1,600+ employees across the U.S. and Canada

Ensure accuracy and compliance by auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies before submission

Support the transition from UKG to ADP Lyric, including testing, system validation, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

4+ years of payroll experience with a strong background in multi-state payroll

Hands-on experience with Canadian payroll regulations and reporting requirements

Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Software) or ADP Lyric payroll systems

Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF / THEN formulas)
