How You'll Make An Impact

• Manages insurance business activities for property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or professional relationships in designated area with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals.
• Develops account management strategy, goals and objectives, in coordination with executive management, and approves sales goals and policies that will ensure revenue and profitability goals for assigned area are met.
• Manages assigned staff (Account Managers / Executives), establishing individual goals and evaluating results.

About You Required : Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Preferred qualifications : Bachelor's Degree & related experience OR commensurate related experience leading / managing accounts Supervisory / mentorship experience.
