What You’ll Work On

AI-powered internal tools (LLMs, automations, workflows)

No-code and low-code systems (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool, etc.)

Full-stack features where no-code hits limits

API integrations between CRMs, forms, scheduling, EHRs, analytics, and messaging

Prototypes that turn into real systems

Eliminating manual work and brittle processes

You’ll often start with “this should be automatic” and end with a working solution.

What We’re Looking For (This Matters Most)

Eager – you actively teach yourself new tools and concepts

Smart – you can reason through problems, not just follow tutorials

Resourceful – you Google, test, break, and fix

Builder mindset – you ship instead of over-planning

Comfortable with ambiguity – requirements evolve, and that’s okay

Technical Skills (Flexible)You don’t need all of these — we’ll meet you where you are :

AI tools & APIs (OpenAI, Claude, embeddings, agents, prompt design)

No-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, Retool, etc.)

Scripting or programming (JavaScript, Python, or similar)Working with APIs, webhooks, and data flows

Basic understanding of databases and system design
