Senior Software Engineer - ML

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking Senior Machine Learning Engineers to drive and scale the validation of our AI systems. You’ll lead a team of applied scientists while staying hands‑on, building the measurement frameworks and experimental approaches that ensure our AI systems deliver reliable results.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy ML systems that power core product features—from prototype to production.
• Work across the stack to integrate models into scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and performance evaluation to drive improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for our ML development lifecycle.
• Own projects end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced, agile environment—wearing multiple hats when necessary.
• Stay up‑to‑date with research and emerging techniques to inform our ML roadmap.

The salary range for selected regions is $190,000‑230,000 annually plus equity, with the potential for variation based on qualifications and skills.
