Physical Therapist - Long Island

Qualifications / Education :

• A valid New York State Physical Therapy License is required.
• A minimum of one year of Pediatric / Adult Occupational Therapy experience in a home setting is required.
• At least one year of experience working with pediatric / adult patients is required.
